Moonsighting Committee Worldwide: how it calculates prayer times
The Moonsighting Committee Worldwide method places Fajr when the sun is 18° below the horizon, and Isha when it is 18° below.
Safety minutes (ihtiyat) added to the calculated times: Dhuhr +5 and Maghrib +3.
At high latitudes, Fajr and Isha are adjusted by season so they stay at practical times in summer.
